Abstract

The principle of good faith is one of the principles in contract law which requires the parties to carry out the agreement between them to mutually respect the agreement they have made. Cannot clearly see the strength of the hearts and minds of the parties to the agreement unless it appears in the implementation of the agreement. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principle of good faith in the implementation of the preliminary home sale and purchase agreement. This study uses a type of normative research by examining various literature related to the preliminary home sale and purchase agreement. And it is hoped that it can describe the principle of good faith in the preliminary home sale and purchase agreement.
